As a user of Spaark Team’s services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Use our services solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.
• Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, including the use of our payment gateway to process unauthorized or illicit transactions.

4. Payment Processing

Spaark Team facilitates the processing of payments on your behalf. You understand and agree that:

• All payments processed through our platform are subject to applicable fees, which will be disclosed to you during the transaction process.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment methods (such as cards or bank accounts) are valid and authorized for use on our platform.
• Spaark Team is not responsible for any delays or failures in processing payments caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.

5. Service Availability
